📝 Job Responsibilities

✅ Support the Principal in managing daily academic and operational activities of the Elementary Girls Section
✅ Promote a positive, inclusive, and achievement-oriented school culture
✅ Lead curriculum planning, teacher coaching, and professional development
✅ Monitor academic performance and behavior systems to support student success
✅ Drive innovation and school improvement initiatives
✅ Collaborate with staff, students, and parents to enhance school life
✅ Ensure compliance with Ministry and accreditation standards

🎯 Candidate Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred)
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of school leadership experience (e.g., Head of Department, Coordinator, AP)
✅ Experience with the American curriculum (international experience preferred)
✅ Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong cultural awareness and adaptability in a diverse setting
✅ Female candidates only (role-specific requirement for Girls Section)

💸 Salary & Benefits Package

Tax-free salary: SAR 18,000 – 22,000/month (based on experience & qualifications)
