- Have a Bachelors Degree
- Newly qualified graduates are welcome to apply
- Ideally, have experience of the Education Recruitment sector
- Have previous experience of sales - experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant (highly desirable)
- Phone & tech savvy
- Must be able to use MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Have an EXCELLENT command of written and spoken English
- EXCELLENT presentation skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Target-drive to achieve sales targets
- Ability to speak another language is a bonus e.g. Arabic, Cantonese, Russian, German, Korean, Japanese etc

- Be able to meet deadlines and meet targets effectively
- Have excellent time-keeping skills
- Be organised and punctual

- Assist the Employer to achieve Employer goals and targets
- Use strategies to attract business from client companies
- Willing to travel overseas and recruit with clients
- Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
- Building relationships with clients
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
- Advertising vacancies effectively to find suitable candidates for job role
- Cold calling candidates and clients
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
- Search candidate database
- Receive, review and process applications in a timely manner for clients
- Be an effective negotiator with clients and candidates
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
- Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
