Have previous experience of sales - experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant (highly desirable)

Must be able to use MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Have an EXCELLENT command of written and spoken English

EXCELLENT presentation skills

Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to speak another language is a bonus e.g. Arabic, Cantonese, Russian, German, Korean, Japanese etc

Advertising vacancies effectively to find suitable candidates for job role

Cold calling candidates and clients

Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work

Search candidate database

Receive, review and process applications in a timely manner for clients

Be an effective negotiator with clients and candidates

Informing candidates about the results of their interviews

Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants

Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
