Requirements to Apply: Job Description:
  1. Have a Bachelors Degree
  2. Newly qualified graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Ideally, have experience of the Education Recruitment sector
  4. Have previous experience of sales - experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant (highly desirable)
  5. Phone & tech savvy
  6. Must be able to use MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  7. Have an EXCELLENT command of written and spoken English
  8. EXCELLENT presentation skills
  9. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  10. Target-drive to achieve sales targets
  11. Ability to speak another language is a bonus e.g. Arabic, Cantonese, Russian, German, Korean, Japanese etc
  1. Communicate effectively with candidates and clients overseas
  2. Be able to meet deadlines and meet targets effectively
  3. Have excellent time-keeping skills
  4. Be organised and punctual
  5. Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
  6. Assist the Employer to achieve Employer goals and targets
  7. Use strategies to attract business from client companies
  8. Willing to travel overseas and recruit with clients
  9. Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
  10. Building relationships with clients
  11. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
  12. Advertising vacancies effectively to find suitable candidates for job role
  13. Cold calling candidates and clients
  14. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  15. Search candidate database
  16. Receive, review and process applications in a timely manner for clients
  17. Be an effective negotiator with clients and candidates
  18. Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
  19. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  20. Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
