📝 Key Responsibilities

Provide instructional leadership and academic oversight for PreK–Grade 5 (Girls Section)
Support and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction aligned with American curriculum standards (e.g., Common Core)
Foster a positive school culture that promotes student well-being, engagement, and achievement
Oversee behavior management, student support, and inclusive practices
Collaborate with the Principal, Heads of Department, and support teams to drive continuous improvement
Lead school events, communication with parents, and staff development initiatives
Act as Acting Principal when required

🎯 Job Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Education (required)
✅ Master’s degree in Educational Leadership/Administration (strongly preferred)
✅ Valid teaching license/certification (U.S., Canada, or equivalent)
✅ Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Coordinator, AP, VP)
✅ Experience with American/International curriculum
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Culturally sensitive and committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive school environment
✅ Female candidates only (per MOE guidelines for Girls’ Section roles)

💵 Salary: Competitive tax-free monthly salary (SAR 16,000 – 20,000) based on qualifications and experience
