Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons to students in Primary School (Grades 1-5).
✅ Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and academic success.
✅ Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring each child has the opportunity to thrive.
✅ Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching curriculum.
✅ Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
✅ Contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities and school-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
✅ Western-trained with a degree in Education or a related field.
✅ At least 2 years of teaching experience in Primary education.
✅ Experience teaching in American or IB curriculum schools is highly preferred.
✅ Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing environment for young learners.
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✅ A passion for early childhood education and fostering a love for learning in young minds.
