📌 Your Role & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the English, Maths, or Science department
Mentor and support teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
Monitor curriculum implementation and enhance student outcomes
Develop and implement teaching strategies to improve academic performance
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous school improvement

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Maths, Science, or a related field
