Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s academic programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
• Drive the alignment of the curriculum with both local and international best practices, ensuring the academic success and well-being of all students.
• Supervise, mentor, and support faculty members, providing professional development opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes and enhancing the learning experience.
• Lead the process of curriculum review, innovation, and improvement, ensuring that academic goals are met and exceeded.
• Manage academic assessments, ensure that data is used effectively to inform instructional practices, and provide regular feedback to improve student performance.
• Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to ensure that academic goals are clearly communicated and achieved.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements, maintaining a high standard of academic excellence.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in educational leadership or academic management, with a proven track record in improving academic performance.
• Expertise in curriculum development, assessment strategies, and educational best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of educators.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and using academic data to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and parents to achieve academic goals.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
