Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of the daily operations and management of the elementary school, ensuring a high standard of academic achievement and student well-being.
• Lead and innovate the design, implementation, and evaluation of engaging and effective curriculum programs.
• Inspire, guide, and support the teaching team with professional development, instructional leadership, and best practices.
• Foster a positive school culture that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and respect for all members of the school community.
• Manage student behavior and discipline in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Develop strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider community to create a united approach to education.
• Drive school-wide initiatives and programs that foster student growth and engagement in all areas, both academic and extracurricular.
• Stay abreast of the latest educational trends and ensure that the school is compliant with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational leadership position, with prior experience in elementary education preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of elementary school curriculum, teaching methodologies, and child development.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with a focus on team collaboration and student-centered approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students, parents, and staff.
• Proven track record in managing school systems, utilizing data to drive decisions, and enhancing student outcomes.
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
