🎓 A qualified educator with QTS/PGCE & a relevant degree, NPQSL qualification
📚 Proven leadership experience in curriculum development and academic strategy
📖 Track record of achieving outstanding student results in IGCSE and A Level

Role and responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of a high-quality, well-structured curriculum that meets the needs of all students
- Hold Heads of Department accountable for effective curriculum delivery, assessment practices, and enrichment opportunities
- Raise academic standards by setting high expectations and ensuring strong student outcomes
- Maintain and enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the school through continuous improvement strategies
- Coach and develop teachers to consistently deliver outstanding classroom practice
