Position Title: Guidance Counselor | Leadership Role in Education | Teach in Qatar

Key Responsibilities:
🟢 Provide individual counseling to students, addressing personal, social, and academic challenges.
🟢 Support students in developing effective coping strategies and emotional resilience.
🟢 Assist students in career exploration, decision-making, and academic goal setting.
🟢 Develop and deliver programs that promote mental health awareness, well-being, and social-emotional learning.
🟢 Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to create a holistic support system for students.
🟢 Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution support when necessary.
🟢 Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, study skills, and personal development.
🟢 Maintain confidentiality and provide ethical guidance to students in a supportive manner.

Job Requirements:
✔️ Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
✔️ At least 3 years of experience as a Guidance Counselor in a school setting.
✔️ Strong understanding of child and adolescent development and mental health.
✔️ Proven ability to offer support in areas such as career counseling, emotional well-being, and academic development.
✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to build positive, trust-based relationships with students, parents, and staff.
✔️ Fully qualified and licensed professionals only (as per the client's demand).
