Key Responsibilities:
🟢 Plan and deliver engaging Montessori-based lessons that support the development of students in a hands-on, child-centered environment.
🟢 Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
🟢 Encourage students to explore their interests, develop independence, and take ownership of their learning.
🟢 Assess and track individual student progress, adjusting teaching methods to meet the needs of each child.

🟢 Promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth through a variety of activities and experiences.
🟢 Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the development of each child.

Job Requirements:
✔️ Montessori Certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent).
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a Montessori setting.
✔️ Strong understanding of Montessori principles and philosophy.
✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
✔️ Fully qualified and licensed educators only (as per the client's demand).
