Position Title: Grade Level Coordinator | Teach Abroad | Leadership Role in Education
📍 Location: Qatar

Are you an experienced and motivated Grade Level Coordinator looking for an opportunity to lead and support teachers in an international school setting? We are seeking a dedicated educational leader to join one of Qatar’s top-rated international schools, offering the British and American curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
🟢 Oversee and support teachers within the assigned grade level to ensure effective curriculum implementation.
🟢 Monitor student progress and academic performance, working closely with teachers to enhance learning outcomes.
🟢 Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement educational strategies and school improvement initiatives.
🟢 Ensure consistency in teaching methods, assessment practices, and classroom management across the grade level.
🟢 Facilitate regular meetings to discuss student progress, curriculum alignment, and professional development.
🟢 Act as a liaison between teachers, administration, and parents to maintain strong communication and student support.
🟢 Support new teachers and provide mentorship to enhance teaching effectiveness and classroom engagement.

Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
✔️ Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
✔️ Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, with leadership or coordination experience preferred.
✔️ Strong curriculum planning, classroom management, and leadership skills.
✔️ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Ability to motivate and support teachers while maintaining high academic standards.
