Position Title: Pastoral Care Coordinator | Leadership Role in Education

Key Responsibilities:
🟢 Oversee and coordinate pastoral care programs to ensure the well-being of students across all grade levels.
🟢 Provide support and guidance to students, addressing their emotional, social, and behavioral needs.
🟢 Work closely with teachers, counselors, and school leadership to implement programs that promote student welfare and personal development.
🟢 Develop and deliver pastoral care initiatives that enhance students' emotional and social growth.
🟢 Monitor student progress and work with parents to address any concerns related to their well-being.
🟢 Foster a positive school culture by encouraging respect, responsibility, and emotional intelligence among students.
🟢 Ensure effective communication between staff, parents, and students regarding pastoral care initiatives.

Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
✔️ At least 3 years of experience in pastoral care or a similar role in an educational setting.
✔️ Strong understanding of student well-being, safeguarding policies, and support strategies.
✔️ Proven ability to support and mentor students in emotional and social development.
✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
✔️ Fully qualified and licensed educators only (as per the client's demand).
