Key Responsibilities:
🟢 Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive teacher professional development programs.
🟢 Provide mentorship and coaching to teachers, helping them refine their teaching practices and achieve their professional goals.
🟢 Assess teachers’ needs and evaluate the effectiveness of professional development initiatives.
🟢 Collaborate with school leadership to align teacher development programs with the school’s strategic vision.
🟢 Foster a supportive and reflective environment where teachers can share best practices and engage in continuous learning.
🟢 Ensure the integration of innovative teaching methods and educational technologies into the curriculum.
🟢 Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teacher skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:
✔️ Master’s Degree in Education, Teacher Development, or a related field.
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in teacher development, mentoring, or coaching roles.
✔️ Strong understanding of both British and American curricula and educational strategies.
✔️ Proven ability to design and implement professional development programs that support teachers’ growth.
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔️ Fully qualified and licensed educators only (as per the client's demand).
