Key Responsibilities

🟢 Lead the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies and technology integration across all grade levels.
🟢 Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the school’s teaching staff, encouraging the adoption of new pedagogical approaches.
🟢 Evaluate and implement cutting-edge educational technologies that enhance learning and engage students.
🟢 Work with school leadership to align innovation strategies with the school’s vision and goals.
🟢 Support and mentor teachers in the use of innovative tools and methodologies to improve student outcomes.
🟢 Lead professional development initiatives focused on innovation in education, ensuring that staff are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
🟢 Monitor student progress and outcomes to assess the effectiveness of innovation initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.

Job Requirements

✔️ Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in educational leadership, innovation, or a similar role.
✔️ Proven track record of successful integration of technology and innovative practices in the classroom.
✔️ Strong understanding of both British and American curricula and how to innovate within those frameworks.
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔️ Fully qualified and licensed educators only (as per the client's demand).
