Key Responsibilities

🟢 Coordinate and support academic programs across grade levels to ensure alignment with curriculum standards.
🟢 Monitor and assess student performance, working closely with teachers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
🟢 Collaborate with school leadership to create and implement academic strategies that promote educational excellence.
🟢 Provide instructional support and mentorship to teachers, ensuring best practices in teaching and learning.
🟢 Assist in the development and review of academic policies, ensuring consistency and quality in educational delivery.
🟢 Evaluate academic progress and provide data-driven recommendations for curriculum improvements.
🟢 Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging collaboration, innovation, and academic growth.

Job Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
✔️ At least 3 years of experience in an academic leadership role or as a classroom teacher.
✔️ Strong understanding of both British and American curricula and educational standards.
✔️ Proven ability to lead and support teachers in the effective delivery of curriculum and instruction.
✔️ Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
✔️ Fully qualified and licensed teachers only (as per the client's demand).
