We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Curriculum & Instruction to join one of Kuwait’s top-rated international schools, offering the British and American curriculum. 🟢 Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s curriculum across all grade levels.
🟢 Work closely with teachers and school leadership to ensure alignment between curriculum and instructional practices.
🟢 Promote best practices in teaching and learning, ensuring that all students receive a rigorous and engaging education.
🟢 Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers, guiding professional development initiatives.
🟢 Evaluate student data to assess the effectiveness of the curriculum and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
🟢 Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback, collaboration, and innovation in curriculum design.
🟢 Ensure curriculum coherence and consistency across grade levels and subject areas.
🟢 Represent the school in local and international educational forums to stay current with educational trends and developments.
✔️ Master’s Degree in Education or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
✔️ Extensive experience in curriculum design and instructional leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
✔️ Strong knowledge of both British and American curricula and educational standards.
✔️ Proven ability to lead and inspire educators in the implementation of curriculum and instructional strategies.
✔️ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to lead professional development and drive change in an educational setting.
✅ Salary: Up to 1500 KD per month (tax-free).
