We are seeking a Western-trained Homeroom Teacher with a minimum of 2 years of experience to provide exceptional education in a nurturing environment. Job Description

As a Homeroom Teacher, you will play a key role in guiding students through their educational journey, providing a positive and structured classroom environment. You will support each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth, while building strong relationships with students and their families. You’ll also collaborate with other teachers to deliver engaging lessons aligned with the US or UK curriculum and encourage a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your class as their primary teacher, ensuring an engaging, safe, and supportive learning environment.
• Create and implement exciting lesson plans that are tailored to the UK or American Common Core curriculum.
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their personal, social, and academic growth.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership.
• Develop and execute individualized learning plans for students who need additional support.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers on school-wide initiatives, extracurricular activities, and educational events.
• Cultivate a warm and inclusive classroom culture that makes every student feel valued.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as a Homeroom Teacher or in an elementary setting.
• Western-trained teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or similar).
• Strong knowledge and experience in UK or US Common Core curriculum.
• Ability to create a welcoming, motivating, and engaging learning environment.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A true passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and share ideas.
