Job Description:

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, engaging, and child-centered curriculum. You will create a warm and inviting classroom atmosphere, fostering the social, emotional, and academic development of young children. You will be working within a supportive and collaborative team, ensuring that each child has the opportunity to succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that align with the UK or American Common Core curriculum.
• Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Provide individualized support for children’s learning and emotional needs.
• Assess and monitor the progress of students and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership.
• Support the development of children's social and emotional skills.
• Collaborate with other staff members in planning and implementing cross-curricular activities.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the school community.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Kindergarten or Early Years setting.
• Western-trained teacher (must hold a recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education).
• Strong knowledge of the UK or American Common Core curriculum.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• High level of professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
