Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher to join our team at a leading private school in Kuwait. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with students with additional learning needs, delivering differentiated lessons that help all students achieve their potential. Experience with either the US Common Core or British National Curriculum is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver specialized lessons for students with learning needs.
  • Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to provide additional support.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to create and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and external specialists.
  • Participate in the school’s professional development programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an SEN Teacher.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Experience with US Common Core or British National Curriculum.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
