Your Role as a Pastoral Teacher
🌟 Support Student Wellbeing – Guide students in their academic, social, and emotional development
🗣 Mentor & Advise – Provide pastoral care through one-on-one meetings and group sessions
🤝 Work with Teachers & Parents – Build strong relationships to support student success
🎉 Organise Personal Development Activities – Lead workshops, assemblies, and wellbeing programs
🔍 Monitor Student Progress – Identify and assist students who need additional support
Who We’re Looking For
🌟 Native or fluent English speakers
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
📜 Experience in pastoral care, student welfare, or mentoring
