SeekTeachers is seeking an innovative and dynamic Educational Technology (EdTech) Specialist on behalf of our client to lead the integration of digital learning across all phases of their bilingual school in Shanghai. This whole-school role involves enhancing teaching and learning through technology, supporting staff development, and ensuring that digital tools are effectively embedded into the curriculum. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the school's digital strategy and fostering a culture of innovation.
 
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement a whole-school EdTech strategy that aligns with the school’s vision and educational philosophy.
*Support teachers in integrating technology into their lessons, providing training and coaching to enhance digital pedagogy.
*Promote and oversee the use of learning management systems (LMS), digital collaboration tools, and emerging technologies.
*Provide professional development workshops and ongoing support to staff on digital learning tools and best practices.
*Work closely with academic and IT teams to ensure seamless access to digital resources and troubleshoot technical challenges.
*Research and recommend cutting-edge EdTech tools to enhance student engagement and personalised learning.
*Support students in developing digital literacy, responsible online behaviour, and computational thinking skills.
*Lead initiatives such as coding clubs, robotics programmes, and digital citizenship campaigns.
*Ensure data privacy, cybersecurity, and digital safety protocols are in place.
*Stay up to date with global EdTech trends and implement best practices.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a teaching or EdTech role, ideally in an international or bilingual school setting.
- Strong knowledge of technology-enhanced learning, blended learning models, and digital curriculum integration.
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Moodle).
- Familiarity with STEM, coding, robotics, AI in education, and multimedia production.
- Understanding of data protection, online safety, and ethical use of technology in schools.

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary   CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
