Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in English Language, English Literature, Education, or a related field
-
A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, State License, etc.)

5+ years of experience in English teaching, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role (Head of Department or similar)

Expertise in delivering American curriculum English courses, including language arts and literature

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Proven leadership skills in curriculum development, team management, and student success

Ability to inspire and motivate a team of teachers while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Key Responsibilities for the Head of English Department:
