Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language, English Literature, Education, or a related field
• A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, State License, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in English teaching, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role (Head of Department or similar)
• Expertise in delivering American curriculum English courses, including language arts and literature
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proven leadership skills in curriculum development, team management, and student success
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team of teachers while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

Key Responsibilities for the Head of English Department:

1. Lead the English Team: Provide effective leadership, guidance, and professional development for the English department staff to ensure high-quality teaching and student engagement.
