Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
• A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, State License, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in science teaching, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role (Head of Department or similar)
• Strong background in delivering international curricula and experience in leading teams of educators
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proven ability to design and implement innovative science curricula and improve teaching standards
• Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Science Department:

1. Lead the Science Team: Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and professional development for science teachers, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
