Primary Maths Teacher – Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Primary Maths Teacher to join our exceptional teaching team in Dubai, UAE for an August 2025 start. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing a high-quality, engaging learning experience for primary school students, helping them develop a love for mathematics and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Mathematics lessons to primary school students in a dynamic and engaging manner.
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer tailored support to ensure individual success.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes active participation and self-confidence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, ideas, and best practices for teaching Maths.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and well-being.
  • Participate in school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent is preferred).
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting, preferably in the UAE or in international schools.
  • Strong knowledge of primary-level Mathematics curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus but not required).
