We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher who shares our commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • A relevant Early Childhood Education qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
  • Montessori or Reggio Emilia training is an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Solid understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
  • Experience in creating engaging, child-centred activities and lesson plans

Skills:

  • Passion for working with young children and creating a safe, nurturing learning environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to support children’s development
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of care and education to children aged 2-5 years
  • Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote curiosity and creativity
  • Assess and monitor children’s progress and development in a thoughtful, child-centred way
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, maintaining open communication
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive guidance and interactions
  • Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that promotes exploration and play
