We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Inclusion to lead and develop our inclusion programs. The successful candidate will oversee the provision for students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that our school remains a model of inclusion and excellence.
Lead the development and implementation of the school’s inclusion strategy, ensuring alignment with the school's vision and mission.
Manage the Inclusion Department, including learning support, gifted and talented programs, and English as an Additional Language (EAL) support.
Identify and assess the needs of students requiring additional support and create individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide guidance and training for teachers to differentiate instruction and implement inclusive teaching practices.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external professionals to support the progress of students with diverse needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of inclusion strategies and programs.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards for inclusive education.
Foster a culture of acceptance and belonging within the school community.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Inclusion, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within inclusion or special education.
Strong knowledge of inclusion practices, strategies, and legal frameworks.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective inclusion policies and programs.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience in an international school setting is an advantage.
