Position Overview
 
  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to students, staff, and parents, helping to promote emotional well-being, academic success, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Offer one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students to address emotional, social, and academic concerns.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create individualized support plans for students.
  • Conduct workshops and awareness programs on topics such as mental health, stress management, and study skills.
  • Implement and oversee programs that promote student well-being and a positive school environment.
  • Identify at-risk students and intervene with appropriate support measures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical practices in all counselling interactions.
  • Monitor and track students’ progress and maintain accurate records.
 
Requirements to APPLY
 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a school or child-focused counselling role.
Certification or licensure as a Counsellor is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in working with diverse cultures and age groups.
Experience in developing and implementing mental health programs.
