Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fostering young children’s development through engaging, play-based learning experiences in alignment with the American Common Core Standards.
Key Responsibilities for Primary Homeroom Teacher:

Develop and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans across core subjects, including literacy, numeracy, science, and social studies, aligned with the American Common Core Standards.

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and personal growth.

Use hands-on activities, projects, and technology to enhance learning and maintain student interest.

Act as the primary point of contact for student well-being, providing emotional support and encouraging social-emotional development.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share updates on student progress and address concerns.

Monitor and assess student performance, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
Requirements to Apply:

Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.

Teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, state licensure, or equivalent).

Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching kindergarten, preferably in an American curriculum school.

A warm, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and a passion for working with young children.
