ESL Teacher - Malaysia
My client is a leading language education provider committed to delivering high-quality English language instruction to students across Malaysia. My clients mission is to empower students of all ages and backgrounds to achieve their language goals in a supportive and engaging learning environment. My client is currently seeking passionate and dedicated ESL teachers to join ther dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ESL lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.

Assess and monitor students' progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and feedback.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.

Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.

Communicate regularly with parents or guardians (for younger learners) to report on student progress.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.

Assist in the development of curriculum and teaching materials as needed.
Qualifications:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred but not required)

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.

A minimum of 5 years of ESL teaching experience, preferably in a classroom setting.

Strong understanding of language acquisition principles and best practices in ESL education.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
