Responsibilities:
• Planning, teaching, and evaluating language lessons.
• Maintaining student class records and reports.
• Fulfilling administrative duties.
• Participating in professional development activities.
• Assisting in coaching and mentoring Associate Instructors.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.

TEFL/TESOL Certification

Strongly preferred for native speakers.

Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, especially with teenagers and young adults, is highly advantageous.

Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Ability to adapt to and respect the local culture and traditions of Malaysia.

Cultural sensitivity, deriving personal satisfaction from and displaying enthusiasm for teaching international students.

Empathy towards the challenges of learning English as a second language.
