Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kindergarten Teacher (ideally has experience in teaching the US Curriculum), to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood education and a passion for nurturing young minds. This role involves creating a dynamic and engaging classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the US curriculum standards for kindergarten.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and exploration.
- Utilise creative teaching methods to support the development of literacy, numeracy, and social skills in young children.
- Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to guide their learning journey.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on students’ progress and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, preferably from a US-accredited institution.
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification from the United States.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching kindergarten or early childhood education in the US.
- Strong understanding of child development and modern teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
- A passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
