Female Art Teacher | Teach in Al Ain | ASAP start
I am seeking a qualified and experienced female Art teacher to join my client in Al Ain, UAE. I am seeking someone that ideally has experience in the UAE and can easily settle into a school that caters for local students. My client is a leading school for local Emirati students where English is NOT the first language.
Requirements to Apply
- Degree in Art or a relevant subject
- Teaching qualification in Art e.g. PGCE in Art or a valid state teaching license in Art 6-12
- High command of written and spoken English
- A minimum of 2 years teaching in the high school setting
- Experience of the USA and IB curriculum is preferred
- Be a 21st Century Teacher
- Able to use technology in the classroom e.g IWB
- Experience of teaching non-native students is preferred or if you have IELTS/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA
The school is purpose-built for local students with world-class facilities. It has custom-built classrooms for science, and a theatre hall along with an Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts and football fields. Many of the teachers come from western countries such as the USA, Canada, Ireland, England, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa with other teachers being from Arabic countries.
