e-Learning Coordinator

SeekTeachers is looking for a tech-savvy and innovative E-Learning Coordinator to join our client's team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the school's e-learning programs, ensuring that our digital education initiatives are effective and engaging for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Learning Strategy and Development:
- Design and implement the school's e-learning strategy.
- Develop and maintain online courses and educational materials.
- Ensure the e-learning content aligns with the curriculum and educational standards.
Technology Integration:
- Integrate various educational technologies and digital tools into the learning environment.
- Provide training and support to teachers on effective use of e-learning platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software to enhance digital learning.
Content Management:
- Create and manage online content, including multimedia resources, assignments, and assessments.
- Ensure all digital content is accessible, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt classroom materials for online delivery.
Student and Teacher Support:
- Provide technical support to students and teachers for e-learning tools and platforms.
- Monitor student progress and provide additional resources or interventions as needed.
- Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance digital literacy among staff and students.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the usage and effectiveness of e-learning tools.
- Generate reports on student engagement and performance in online courses.
- Use data to continuously improve the e-learning experience.
Qualifications:
**Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
**A minimum of 7 years of experience in educational technology or e-learning.
**Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom, Blackboard).
**Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Proficiency in multimedia tools and content creation.
**Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and administrative staff.
**Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
