My client looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join ttheirprestigious educational institution in the thriving UAE. Responsibilities:
**Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with primary school curriculum guidelines.
**Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
**Utilize innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
**Regularly assess student progress using both formative and summative assessments, offering constructive feedback for their growth.
**Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders in order to promote effective communication channels for students' welfare.
**Effectively use technology as an instructional tool to enhance learning outcomes.
Requirements:
**Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (teaching certification preferred).
**Have proven experience as a Primary School Teacher with expertise in delivering age-appropriate curriculum content.
**Familiarity with international curricula such as IB or British National Curriculum is essential
**Possess PGCE with QTS
**Have excellent communication skills in English
**Demonstrate the ability to create a positive learning environment while effectively managing diverse student needs.
