**Collaborate with Local Educators: Partner effectively with assistant/co-teachers to cultivate a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
**Craft Compelling Lessons: Develop and organize engaging teaching resources that foster interactive learning and ignite the curiosity of your students.
**Empower Local Teachers: Share your expertise by conducting workshops for local educators twice a year, empowering them to enhance their English teaching skills.
**Provide Meaningful Feedback: Assess student work and offer constructive feedback to promote their growth and development.
**Track Progress and Report Results: Monitor student progress and document their achievements at the end of each term, celebrating their successes.

Qualifications:
 
**Bachelor's Degree: Possess a bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
**Teaching Certification: Hold a recognized teaching qualification like CELTA, DELTA, TEFL (120 hours), or TESOL.
**Teaching Experience: Have at least one year of teaching experience (prior ESL experience is a plus).
**English Language Mastery: Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal English (applications from non-native speakers are welcome).
