MUST Have Requirements:

Master's degree in Mathematics or related field

Teaching license or qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, QTS)

Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or curriculum development role

Experience with the American curriculum is essential

Child protection certificate/Safeguarding training

Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop and implement a comprehensive Mathematics curriculum framework aligned with the American curriculum standards and educational objectives

Lead curriculum review, development, and enhancement initiatives to ensure relevance, rigor, and coherence in Mathematics education

Collaborate with teaching staff to provide guidance and support in curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional strategies in Mathematics
-
Coordinate and facilitate curriculum mapping, alignment, and assessment practices across all grade levels
-
Analyze student data and assessment results to inform instructional decision-making and improve student outcomes in Mathematics
-
Provide professional development opportunities and resources to support teachers in implementing effective Mathematics instruction
-
Liaise with external stakeholders, including parents, educational agencies, and accreditation bodies, to ensure compliance with standards and requirements in Mathematics education
-
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Mathematics curriculum implementation and recommend adjustments as needed
