MUST Have Requirements:

Master's degree in Education or related field

Teaching license or qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, QTS)

Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Experience with the American curriculum is essential

Child protection certificate/Safeguarding training

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Boys Section department

Oversee the academic and pastoral care of male students, ensuring their well-being and success

Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and initiatives that support student achievement and school improvement

Monitor student progress and performance, implementing interventions as needed to support individual needs

Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates diversity and promotes student engagement

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
