Responsibilities:

Oversee the Kindergarten program, ensuring its alignment with the American curriculum standards

Lead and support a team of KG teachers, providing guidance and mentorship

Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience for young students

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's holistic development

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young learners

Requirements to APPLY :

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Teaching certification or license
-
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten

Experience in a leadership or coordinator role

Familiarity with the American curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
