Our K-12 international school seeks a dedicated Head of Primary to lead our American curriculum primary school division beginning August 2024.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide leadership and vision for continuous improvement
Hire, evaluate, and develop an excellent faculty
Oversee student admissions, placements, and discipline
Manage budgets, staffing, facilities, and resources
Liaise with parents and external educational bodies
Promote achievement of academic standards and goals
Requirements to APPLY

Master's degree in Education, preferably

3+ years as a Primary School Principal or comparable role

Thorough knowledge of American curriculum standards

Experience with data analysis and instructional best practices
