Requirements for this position include:
-
A Bachelor's degree in English (MANDATORY).
-
Possession of a formal teaching qualification in English such as a PGCE/PGDE with QTS.

A Master's degree in Education, English, Curriculum Development, or a related field is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a leadership/management role.

A strong grasp of English pedagogy and the US Common Core Curriculum.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preference for experience and knowledge of working in a Muslim faith school.

Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, while fluency in Arabic is considered beneficial but not mandatory."
