SeekTeachers is seeking an experienced and outstanding Music (General) & Drama teacher to join our client in Shanghai. The position to commence in August 2020 and would be expected to teach 60% of the timetable with a class size of 24 students.
Our client is a non-profit bilingual school located in the beautiful Shanghai city, offering a unique Year 1 - 12 educational programme that integrates elements of Shanghai and international curricula, culminating in Years 9-12 with the IGCSE and IB Diploma Programmes, which are complemented by core components of the Shanghai curriculum.
The school has been established for over 10 years and currently enrols over 1,200 students from aged 5-18.
An ideal candidate should be
**Bachelor degree in English or related subject
**Teaching qualification such as PGCE/Teaching License
**Have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience
**Excellent communication skills, the ability to take the initiative and the flexibility to deal with change
**Enthusiasm, energy, creativity and the willingness to take risks
**Experience of working in an International School is desirable
