Minimum requirements:
**A bachelor degree or above in English/English Literature or relevant subject area
**Minimum of three years experience in A Level/IBDP
**Enthusiasm in curriculum development and international curriculum pedagogy application
**Commitment to supporting related co-curricular programmes preferred
**Demonstrate experience in inspiring students in a stimulating learning environment, and abilities to adjust pedagogy according to students and school requirements
**Experience working in high performing school
**Previous experience in an international school and familiarity with British education system preferred

**Knowing students and how they learn
Teachers are expected to have detailed and insightful knowledge if the developmental characteristics and learning needs of the children they teach.
