Minimum requirements:
**A bachelor degree or above in Early Childhood Education or relevant subject area
**Minimum of three years experience in EYFS
**Experience in teaching EAL students preferred
**Ability to analyse student data and promote student achievement
**Demonstrate experience of the use of educational ICT to promote learning
**Experience working in high performing school
**Previous experience in an international school and familiarity with British education system preferred
The Kindergarten caters for youngest students from Early Learning 1 to Year 2 and the school main aim is to provides a happy and purposeful introduction to learning. The school's approach to learning is student-centred and cross-curricular. The school believes that children have different interests and each child has a different learning style.
The Kindergarten has a purpose built early years environment where the teaching staff takes pride in the deep learning opportunities created in both the indoor and outdoor settings. - Monthly salary ranging from 22,000RMB to 32,000RMB

Job descriptions
-Planning, preparing and reviewing the curriculum as part of a Year Group team
- Meeting the wide range of individual learning and pastoral needs of children coming from diverse culture, linguistic, and educational background
- Establishing and reviewing schemes of work (in liaison with the Head of Early Years)
- Taking responsibility for curriculum delivery and associated resources in a manner consistent with school and departmental policies and procedures
- Maintaining an ongoing formative assessment programmed related to the curriculum and associated learning objectives
- Using wide range of data measures and assessment strategies to inform their evaluation of child's progress
- Participating in parent/teacher meetings to discuss children progress and targets
- Being fully aware of all safeguard procedures and contributing to the safeguarding of all children in the school
- Monitoring and overseeing the academic and emotional wellbeing of all within your designatred class
- Participating actively in professional learning and working collaboratively with colleagues to improve their practise
