Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for early years students.
• Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, independence, and curiosity.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom where each child feels valued and supported.
• Develop individual learning plans for students and assess their progress in line with the US or UK Common Core curriculum.
• Support children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning and hands-on activities.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to support the holistic development of each student.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the curriculum is effectively implemented and meets the needs of all students.
• Organize extracurricular activities and events to engage children and encourage active participation in their learning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge and experience of US or UK Common Core curriculum.
• A passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young learners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Understanding of child development and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
