Lead and Inspire as Elementary Principal in Kuwait

Location: Kuwait

Are you an experienced educational leader with a passion for shaping the future of young learners? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary Principal to lead one of Kuwait’s top international schools. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic, social, and emotional development of elementary-aged students, ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. As the Elementary Principal, you will have the opportunity to influence the next generation of leaders while guiding and mentoring your team of educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the elementary school, from Kindergarten to Grade 5.
• Ensure the implementation of the US or UK Common Core curriculum, adapting it to meet the needs of your students.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture.
• Guide and mentor elementary school teachers, promoting professional development and growth.
• Develop and enforce academic and behavioral policies, ensuring a safe and nurturing school environment.
• Promote student success through data-driven instruction and continuous feedback.
• Work closely with parents and the wider community to support student growth and achievement.
• Monitor and assess the school’s overall performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing change where necessary.

Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership, with at least 2 years as an Elementary Principal or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of elementary school education, especially within US or UK Common Core curriculum.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, teachers, parents, and school leadership.
• A track record of success in promoting student achievement and faculty development.
