Location: Kuwait

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Department (HOD) for various subject areas, including English, Mathematics, and Science. As the Head of Department, you will oversee the teaching staff in your department, ensuring the highest standards of education are maintained while supporting both the professional growth of your team and the academic success of your students.

Departments Currently Hiring for HOD:

• English Department
• Mathematics Department
• Science Department (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
• Humanities Department
• ICT/Computer Science Department
• Art & Design Department
• PE & Sports Department

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred for HOD role).
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience teaching within the UK or US Common Core curriculum.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• A proven track record of driving academic success within your department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and school leadership.
• Ability to create a positive and collaborative departmental culture.
