Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Primary to join our prestigious British curriculum school in the UAE. This leadership role is crucial in driving academic excellence, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the overall development of our primary school students.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the primary school, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated teachers and administrative staff.
Develop and implement effective educational programs aligned with the British curriculum.
Monitor and evaluate teaching standards and student performance.
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Promote continuous professional development among staff.
Drive initiatives that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a British curriculum school.

Strong understanding of the British curriculum and educational standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
