UAE Leader Offers Free Education for Students as an Eid-Al-Adha Gift

The Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammad AL Qassimi, Highest Council Affiliate and Leader of Sharjah, announced that 883 students will be provided with complete Scholarships at University of Sharjah for this Eid-AL-Adha by Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority’s scholarship department.

This is eligible for UAE citizen’s children who get paid less than Dh 50,000 per month, retired Sewa pensioners and children of Sewa pensioners who passed away, those receiving social services are entitled to a complete scholarship.

Also, for those who do get paid more than Dh 50,000 per month, owns businesses or are deceased and their children gain their pensions are qualified for a 50% scholarship.

The announcement affects Sharjah’s citizens whose children are attending public or private schools.
