The Department of Education is using different ways to gain long term teachers in school and decrease the shortages of the teacher’s in England due to arising problems of many teachers going abroad for their career progression in teaching.
The Ministry is making changes in the scheme to pay £5000 in their third and fifth years in school with training bursaries of £20,000. Also, younger teachers can have extra protected time for additional training.
Now, there’s a reduction in teachers of physics, chemistry and languages subjects; they can obtain a grant of up to £26,000, although there are no more disbursements. The excessive tasks will be removed to make it simpler for teachers to able to work flexibly, be provided with full training from seniors, decreased timetable and have access to high-quality curriculum courses.
The restoration of job applications is to motivate the young teachers and encourage their growth in teaching professional to avoid them for staying late in the office and to ensure they are enjoying their career in teaching.
The strategy is taken in place to gain and retain excellent education and be able to inspire the next generation of excellent teachers which will focus on to building their career and achieving outstanding results in education across England with the support of fitting, exceptional teachers.
