Abu Dhabi Education Council are working with Six recruitment agencies, we are one of the six who are recruiting Teachers and VPs for the Public Schools in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
We are recruiting a variety of Teachers to be part of ADEC, and part of the education reform which is currently taking place in the public schools in Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Education Council takes care of 260+ public schools, and monitors many other international schools in the hopes to bringing the standards up within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
ADEC jobs are available and they do offer the best possible package out within the UAE, and arguably the whole GCC countries, the goal of the reform is get the UAE nationals and the coming generations to be able to compete on an international level with the various outstanding countries economically and industry wise.
You will be required to be qualified and flexible enough to be placed in any of the public schools in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, which include the three regions of Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain and the western Region.
Process Overview of the application and securing a job with ADEC, you will have to submit your CV/Resume in a word format with a picture of yourself either through this job post or emailing it over to

After it passes the initial check you will be contacted to update you on what’s ADEC and what needs to be done, the next stage will be completing four application forms, once that’s done you will be notified in good time when and where will the virtual face to face interview will be taken place.
Once you arrive to the interviews you will be debriefed and attend a short orientation at the beginning of the day, and once you complete your interview, then you will be able to go home and we will contact you within 10 working days with a result.
if you are one of the lucky ones who are successful and get an offer letter, you will have some time to go through things and once you are happy with everything then you submit your signed offer with all the of the other documents and their attestation.
Basic Requirements:
##You will have to have a BA in the relevant teaching subject
##Must have a teaching certificate such as PGCE
## Minimum of 5 years of full time experience
##You will have to be from a native English speaking country and western trained
Salary Package:
**Salary will vary and it will be from 12,300AED (2280GBP) and up to 20,400AED (3780GBP)
**The visas and paper work will be processed for you in addition to your spouse and up to 3 of your children
**Health insurance will be provided for you in addition to your spouse and up to 3 of your children
**You will receive a one time allowance in the form of furniture allowance of 20,000AED
**You will receive a round flight ticket annually for you in addition to your spouse and up to 3 of your children
**Gratuity upon completing the two year contract, which will be a months salary per year and it will be a month and half after years of service
**For the accommodation you will be entitled to an unfurnished apartment
